Colonel Muhammad Farooq, psc  Defence Adviser of Pakistan in Sri Lanka paid his courtesy  call on with the Commandant Defence Services Command and Staff College – Sapugaskanda on Wednesday  23 August 2023 at the Commandant  office  as his inaugural visit at the DSCSC upon  his appointment as the  Defence Advisor of Pakistan to Sri Lanka and Maldives.

The Commandant, Maj Gen Lasantha Rodrigo RSP psc IG warmly welcomed the newly appointed Defence advisor to the DSCSC and extended his best wishes and greetings to the success of his new appointment in Sri Lanka.

Further, a cordial discussion ensued on possible avenues of developing relationship between two nations through military education in future.

Finally, having marked the long standing bilateral military ties between two nations, the exchange of mementos brought the meeting to a culmination.
