Guide for Foreign Course Participants Registration

Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) – Course No 21

All Foreign Course Participants selected to attend DSCSC Course No. 21 are requested to complete the following forms available herewith:

1.Personal Profile Form
2.Ladies’ Club Registration Form (where applicable)
3.Food Preference Form

Please submit the completed forms and forward the required supporting documents in PDF format to the following email address:

1.Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete before submission.

2.Submit only clear and legible PDF copies of documents

3.To facilitate proper identification and processing, all submitted PDF documents must be renamed using the following format:

Rank_Name_OfficerNumber_Country_Service.pdf

Example: Major_SD_Sharma_GH345_Indian_Army.pdf
