The Diners’ Club for the term 2 of the Defence Services Command and Staff College Course No 17 was held on 31 August 2023 with the participation of the Commandant, Deputy Commandant, Wing Heads, Directing Staff, Permanent Staff, Student Officers and their spouses at the Officers’ Mess premises. The guest speaker was senior professor HD Karunarathne, the Vice Chancellor University of Colombo. He enlightened the audience on “Can Sri Lanka maintain its neutrality under IMF watch?” and a brief interactive session was also conducted at the end of the address.
