The Diners’ Club for the term 4 of the Defence Services Command and Staff College Course no 17 was held on 17 November 2023 with the participation of the Commandant, Deputy Commandant, Wing Heads, Directing Staff, Permanent Staff, Student Officers and their spouses at the Officers’ Mess premises. The Guest Speaker was Hon. Sagala Ratnayaka, Chief of Staff to the President and National Security Advisor. He enlightened the audience on “Economic and Governance Reforms and Transparency: Cornerstones for Economic Stability and Growth in Sri Lanka” and a fruitful interactive session was also conducted at the end of the address.
