The Defence Attaché of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Sri Lanka, Senior Colonel Zhou Bo, called on the Commandant of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC), Major General H H K S S Hewage RWP RSP USP rcds psc, on 04 September 2025.
The cordial interactions between the visiting Chinese Defence Attaché and the Commandant of DSCSC reflected the warm and time-tested friendship between China and Sri Lanka. Both sides discussed opportunities to further enhance defence cooperation, with particular focus on staff-level training and professional exchanges. Towards the culmination of the discussion, an exchange of mementoes symbolised the goodwill and mutual respect shared between the two nations.
The visit concluded with an interaction session followed by a luncheon at the DSCSC Officers’ Mess, which provided an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie and foster cooperation.
