The Directing Staff exchange programme is one of the educative and important annual event on Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) calendar. Lt Col Ferdous Iqbal from the Bangladesh Army attended the Directing Staff exchange programme from 28 February to 10 March at DSCSC, Sri Lanka. During his stay at DSCSC he actively participated in a few syndicate room discussions, Defensive Operation Model room discussion and a Wargaming demonstration, also he shared his input with the faculty.

Defence Services Command and Staff College hosted Lt Col Ferdous Iqbal a lunch with the participation of Directing Staff and Foreign Student Officers representing all three wings. Finally, mementos were exchanged with the present of the Chief Instructor Army Wing.
