Exercise Purple Turtle is the final joint exercise of the second term that encompasses the planning of an Amphibious Operation, which is widely considered as the most complex of all military operations. During the operation, Student Officers work within the given force structure and resource level in campaign planning.

The exercise was conducted from 15 to 19 July at the college premises and Student Officers successfully completed the exercise broadening their knowledge on joint planning specifically on the conduct of an amphibious operation.
