Diners’ Club for the Term I of the Defence Services Command and Staff College Course No 17 was held on 31 March 2023 with the participation of the Commandant, Deputy Commandant, Wing Heads, Directing Staff, Permanent Staff, Student Officers and their spouses at the Officers Mess premises. The guest speaker was Ms Aruni Wijewardane, the Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She enlightened the audience on “Sri Lanka’s Foreign Policy in a Changing World.” A brief interactive session was also conducted prior to the address and a question and answer session marked the end of the address.
