Captain (Navy) Hussain Othman Al Kowaileet, the Military Attaché of the Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in New Delhi and Accredited to Sri Lanka, was warmly welcomed by Senior Officers of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) on 06 August 2025.
The visit provided a platform for cordial and constructive discussions on avenues to further strengthen the longstanding military cooperation between Sri Lanka and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on military education. Both parties exchanged views on promoting professional military engagements and academic collaborations, with the aim of enhancing mutual understanding and capacity-building in the future.
To commemorate the enduring friendship and cooperation between the two nations, the Colonel Admin and Quartering and the visiting Military Attaché exchanged mementos, symbolizing their shared commitment to continued defence collaboration.
