The Maroon Hall of the Defense Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) came alive with the graceful assemblage of the members, at the inaugural meeting of the Ladies’ Club for Course No 18.  Attended by Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo, the president of the Ladies’ Club, spouses of the staff and student officers, including international guests, the event marked the beginning of a journey that transcends ranks and positions.

The opening remarks of the President of the Ladies’ Club by Mrs. Swendrini Rodrigo set the tone for the year ahead that emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration, where relationships are nurtured, and bonds are strengthened beyond the professional realm regardless of nationalities and military ranks making a positive impact on the DSCSC experience. From social gatherings and community outreach initiatives to educational events, the Ladies’ Club is poised to create a vibrant setting of experiences for its members.

The meeting saw the election of office bearers for the Ladies’ Club.
