Diners’ Club (1/2019) for the Term 2  of the DSCSC Sapugaskanda was held on 30 Jul 19 with the participation of the Commandant, Directing Staff, Permanent Staff and the Student Officers of Course No 13 at the  Officers Mess premises. Guest Speaker was the President’s Counsel  Sarath Jayamanne the Director General – Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption,  The Senior Additional Solicitor General  at Attorney General’s Department. The topic was “Bribery and Corruption; A Hindrance to the Development and its Pros and Cons”.
