The joint exercise ‘OCTOPUS’ was conducted successfully for both Navy and Air Student Officers of DSCSC Course No. 17 from 13^th to 15^th May 2023. This exercise is designed under the domain of Maritime Air Operations to facilitate SOs to enhance their knowledge on both Maritime and Air doctrines. In furtherance the exercise affords additional knowledge on maritime law, operational level joint planning and associated fields.

Navy and Air Students were divided into six joint syndicates and individual syndicates planned for the provided situation and briefed their initial planning process to respective DSs. Exercise was successfully completed after these joint syndicates briefed the complete plan to faculty on 15^th May 2023.
