Brigadier A H A D Ariyasena RWP RSP USP psc ptsc assumed office as the 17^th Deputy Commandant of the DSCSC on 09 sept 2024, amidst religious rites and rituals. Brigadier Ariyasena placed his signature for an official document, signifying the acceptance of his office.

He served as the Brigadier General Staff – SF HQ (East) prior to being appointed as the Deputy Commandant of DSCSC.

Setting out his scope of work and duties, Brigadier A H A D Ariyasena made a brief discussion with officers in the college and outlined the importance of working collectively as a team, whilst enhancing the professionalism of all ranks in the college.
