One of the veteran war heroes of Sri Lanka Army, Major General PP de Silva WWV RWP RSP ndu psc (Retd) was welcomed at the DCCSC on 30^th August 2022.

The Commandant of the DSCSC, Major General BKGML Rodrigo RSP psc IG received the guest lecturer at his office prior to his inspirational lecture on the topic “Reasons for the outbreak of Elam War IV in 2006”where he shared the reason and food for though and let student to agree on the subject of reasons for the outbreak of Elam War in his three-decade-long military life as one of the most experienced warriors in the country.

Finally, the Commandant presented Major General Prasanna de Silva a token of appreciation in recognition of his great service rendered as a special guest lecturer to the Course Number -16.
