The registration of local Student Officers for Course No 17/2023 was held at the College on 30 September 2022. 78 x Officers from the Army, 26 x Officers from the Navy and 26 x Officers from the Air Force have been selected for the course. The new entrants were welcomed by the Brigadier Coordinating, Brig Chaminda Liyanage.

The prospective students were briefed on the Course curriculum and the reading materials were distributed. The Course No 17 is to be commenced on 04 January 2023. The prospective Students will have to undergo a Pre Course module at the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University from 03 October 2022 to 16 December 2022.
