The Commandant of the National Defence College, Sri Lanka Major General KADA Karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc Msc was welcomed at the DSCSC on 31st October 2022.

The Commandant of the DSCSC, Major General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP psc IG received the guest lecturer at his office prior to his inspirational lecture on the topic of “National Security Policy Development Concepts and Dimensions of Sri Lanka”, where he as an experienced panel member to formulate National Security Policy (NSP) explained the main pillars of NSP, its rational, significance, and elements. Thereafter, he described strategy formulation module, internal and external security challenges.
Finally, the Commandant presented Major General KADA Karunasekara a token of appreciation in recognition of his service rendered as a special guest lecturer to the Course No-16.
