The country presentation of Rwanda was held on 27 February 2023, at the Defence Services Command and Staff College Maroon Hall. Major John Sebakara of the Rwanda Army presented his country with pride of being a member of the Rwanda Defence Force.

As a part of the series of country presentations, this foreign officer had put in his best effort to exhibit the culture, history, geography, lifestyle, economy, defence forces and other aspects of their beloved motherland.

Chief Instructors of Army, Navy and Air wings, Brigadier Coordinating, members of the faculty, permanent staff along with Student Officers of Defence Services Command and Staff College Course number 17 and spouses of Foreign Student Officers witnessed the presentation.
