THE NEW DEPUTY COMMANDANT ASSUMES DUTIES

Brigadier A A D P Kulathilaka USP ndc psc assumed office as the 18th Deputy Commandant of the DSCSC on 30 Jan 2025, amidst religious rites and rituals. Brigadier Kulathilaka placed his signature for an official document, signifying the acceptance of his office.

He served as the Brigadier (Doctrine) – Dte of RCD prior to being appointed as the Deputy Commandant of DSCSC.

Setting out his scope of work and duties, he made a brief discussion with officers in the college and outlined the importance of working collectively as a team, whilst enhancing the professionalism of all ranks in the college.
