The Defence Services Command and Staff College extended a warmly welcome to the military delegation from the 54th Pakistan Navy Staff Course on 19 February 2025. The delegation headed by Commodore Ahsen Ali Khan, the Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff Maritime Affairs and Policy Research at Naval Headquarters, comprised with two Directing Staff members along with 19 Course Participants. Colonel Muhammad Irshad Farooq, the Pakistan Defence Advisor also partook the event, fostering the bilateral relationship between two nations.
The visit commenced with the introduction to the DSCSC’s training curriculum, modules, and exercises presented by Captain Sudesh Vidanage, the Head of the Training Team of the Navy Wing. The visitors toured key facilities of the college, including the War Game Centre, Syndicate Rooms, and Library where they gained valuable insights into the academic and practical aspects of college’s training environment.
A luncheon was hosted, providing an opportunity for informal interactions among the delegation, DSCSC Course Participants, and the faculty members. The visit concluded with signing the visitors’ book, marking the end of a fruitful engagement between Pakistan Navy War College and DSCSC. Further, a group photograph was taken to mark the occasion.
