The DSCSC extended a warm welcome to a military delegation from the Defence Services Command and Staff College, Bangladesh on 10 September 2025. The visiting delegation was led by Group Captain Salahuddin Ahmed, GUP, afwc, psc, the Senior Instructor (Air) at DSCSC Bangladesh and included seven (07) Directing Staff members along with Fourty three (43) Course Participants. Further, Commodore M Moniruzzaman, (TAS), NGP, psc, the Defence Advisor of Bangladesh High Commission also attended the visit, highlighting the shared commitment to strengthening defence cooperation between the two countries.
The visit commenced with a courtesy call on the Commandant of the DSCSC, Major General H.H.K.S.S. Hewage, RWP, RSP, USP, rcds, psc. During the meeting, both parties engaged in cordial and constructive discussions focused on strengthening the bond and mutual cooperation between the two Institution.
A detailed presentation was delivered to the delegation by Colonel Chandana Harishchandra, Head of the Training Team, Army Wing and offered valuable insights into training philosophy and curriculum of the DSCSC followed by a visit to several key facilities, including the War Game Centre. These engagements provided a productive and insightful exchange between the two Defence Services Command and Staff Colleges.
