The Inter-Syndicate Softball Cricket Tournament of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) Course Number 20 was conducted in spectacular manner on 24 January 2026 at the Petroleum Corporation Ground, Sapugaskanda. The event was graced by Major General K W Jayaweera USP psc, Commandant of the DSCSC, as the Chief Guest.
A total of sixteen teams participated in the tournament, comprising fourteen teams representing the Joint Syndicates of the course participants, along with teams from the Directing Staff and the Permanent Staff. The tournament concluded with a vibrant closing ceremony, marking the culmination of an engaging and competitive sporting event. Joint Syndicate 12 emerged as the champions of the tournament, while Joint Syndicate 01 secured the position of runners-up.
The event concluded on a high note, fostering camaraderie, sportsmanship, and team spirit among all participants.
