Panel headed by Commandant DSCSC and two Directing Staff, Lieutenant Colonel APADD Dharmakeerthi RWP RSP USP psc and Lieutenant Colonel BNSB Rangama RSP USP psc conducted a workshop on “Sri Lankan Counter Insurgency Campaign: Build and Transfer Phase of Post Insurgency Management” at Command and Staff College (C&SC), Pakistan on the invitation of High Commission of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at Colombo on 15 and 16 March.
