Initial briefing and registration for DSCSC Course No 16/2022 for the academic year 2022 was held on 27 September 2021. In view of the prevailing pandemic situation in the country, the signing in for the course and related formalities were entirely administered online for the first time of the history of the College with the participation of 87 Student Officers from Sri Lanka Army, 26 Student Officers from Sri Lanka Navy and 29 Student Officers from Sri Lanka Air Force. As customary, on behalf of the Commandant of the College, Brigadier HHKSS Hewage RWP RSP USP psc, the Brigadier Coordinating, welcomed and congratulated the Student Officers for being selected to follow the highly demanding Command and Staff Course for a fruitful academic experience. The initial briefing sessions had been conducted by the General Staff Officer 1 (Academic) and the Faculty. The Pr-Course Book Packs were also distributed to representatives of tri Services adhering to strict medical protocol as a concurrent activity to the programme.
