The outgoing British High Commission’s Defence Advisor, Colonel David Alfred Ashman during a courtesy visit, called on the Commandant – DSCSC Major General Nishantha Herath on 17 November 2021 and revitalized nostalgic memories he has had with the College during his tenure in Sri Lanka.

The Commandant generously recalled the support extended by the British High Commission in terms of the training assistance and support. He also conveyed best wishes for his future career prospects.

During the meeting, a token of appreciation was presented to the British High Commission’s Defence Advisor by the Commandant of DSCSC and the gesture of good will was courteously reciprocated by means of donating some distinctive military publications to the College as a symbol of friendship and understanding.
