The Flag Ceremony of international military students of DSCSC Course No 16 was held on 13 January 2022 with the participation of Student Officers from ten friendly foreign countries. The ceremony was held at the Officers’ Mess of the DSCSC and the Commandant, Major General IHMNN Herath RSP USP psc, the Deputy Commandant, Chief Instructors of Army, Navy and Air Wing attended the event.
