The joint exercise ‘OCTOPUS’ was conducted successfully for both Navy and Air Student Officers of DSCSC Course No. 16 from 12th to 14th May 2022 adhering to COVID 19 health guidelines. This exercise is designed under the domain of Maritime Air Operations to facilitate SOs to enhance their knowledge on both Maritime and Air doctrines. In furtherance the exercise affords additional knowledge on maritime law, operational level joint planning and associated fields.

Navy and Air Students were divided into six joint syndicates and each syndicate carried out  planning of military operations under a hypothetical scenario and briefed their findings to the faculty as per stipulated time lines successfully.
