The ‘Graduation Ball of the Defence Services Command and Staff College Course No 16 was held on 10 December 2022 at Eagle Lake Side at Katunayake.

The Chief Guest of the event, Major General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP psc IG, the Commandant of the DSCSC and Mrs Swendrini Rodrigo were received by the Deputy Commandant, and three senior student officers of the respective wings along with the only lady student officer of the course.

It is a long-standing tradition of having Graduation Ball with the purpose of celebrating the culmination of the academic year and the final soirée for Graduates. The annual event that has been in practice since the first graduating batch was held in grand scale and style this year too.

This extravagant celebration was planned to be an unforgettable moment for the graduates and participants of all sorts, with an evening of lush surroundings, musical magic and surprises around every corner, making it a memorable Graduation Ball in the history of the DSCSC as a celebration, re-union and a tradition with splendor.

Chief Instructors, Senior Officers, member of the faculty, the permanent staff and student officers with their spouses took part in the event.
